- By completing our contact form and telling us what you are looking to do, we then assign a property consultant that will contact you and discuss the steps in more details plus answer all of your questions. He will then send out your Welcome Kit.
- Select a house from our stock list. If all stock is sold at the time you inquired, then sign up on our Reserve- A- House form. You will be contacted immediately upon new stock being added. Select a property today.
- Once you select your property, sign the purchase agreement and send in required earnest money along with proof of funds/income. We will then get working on the process of getting your property closed quickly so you can start earning great returns.

- Attorneys to set up your US LLC and obtaining EIN numbers (tax ID number)
- Assisting with financing for Super Annulation and 401(K) retirement accounts
- Property Insurance that will provide you the best rates
- Property Inspections
- Termite Inspections
- Supervision of renovation crews that complete work on time and in a professional manner
- Provide you with either pictures or video of your house
- Assist in opening U.S. bank account
- Closing attorney that has the experience to handle foreign investor closings
- Organize property management
